Pretty positive five page write-up and cover pic. They are reserving their final verdict until the true production models arrive. It seems their only gripe was with set-up, fueling calibration, and right foot temp. Pretty minor on the negative side of things. |

After looking at the whole magazine, it should be called the Buell issue. I think Motorcyclist is coming around. Beyond the feature article, Buell is in the Moto-ST article, the Smart Money spread , and the Track Time write-up for the Buell's Inside Pass. Nice to see. Oops, forgot to mention Erik Buell as the icon in the up to speed section. (Message edited by freezerburn on October 17, 2007) |

I spoke to Aaron Frank, who wrote the Motorcyclist article, at the Inside Pass day at RA. He said the bike was like night and day compared to the one he rode at Laguna! The right foot heat, and most of the vibrations were gone, and the bike had a fork that actually moved. He was pretty pleased with the bike that day!! He also did a great write up on the James Gang Moto-ST experience in that issue! Schmitty |

Hmmmmm, too bad the plug got pulled on the 450 dirtbike, though. It would have been cool to see Buell in that "Super Singles" category being brewed up. (pg. 16) |
