It's been 18 years of marriage for Kristi and I today. I told her our marriage was now old enough to move out of the house, but she said I couldn't afford it. |

Congrats to the both of you. Funny.... My wife I ran into an old childhood friend of hers today. Through talking of coarse this person asked how long we had been married ?? We told her 12 years going on 13 soon. Time surely fly's. |

Congratulations!!! Thats a long time and requires a lot of patience and tolerance. It's also a testament to the fact that you both made wise choices and continue to do so. Keep it up folks!! |

Becky and I dated for 4.5 years before we got married. We met the first night I was in college. The met her two year boyfriend the same night. I asked her out in April just before class let out. The event got canceled, so the date didn't happen. She had to stew over it over the summer. Unfortunately, the was burned to the pot after 4 years. |

Congrats on the eighteen years of matrimonial bliss!! A friend of mine was always telling everyone how he had been happily married for a year, when his wife would say what were the other twenty two years? I guess he picked fifteen days or so per year and added them up. |

Congrats to you and Kristi! Sarah and I are just over 3.5 years. I'm trying to convince her we need to add one more motorcycle before any kids come along and hi-jack the budget, but so far it isn't working. |

I'm trying to convince her we need to add one more motorcycle before any kids come along and hi-jack the budget, but so far it isn't working. I think I was pregnant with baby #2 when Carlos bought his first bike. Luke made baby #3 in April 04....the Uly made bike #3 in October 05. Babies, bikes, babies, bikes....they both hi-jack the budget! |

My wife and I have been together since College. Met the first day of orientation and starting dating 2 weeks later. That was 13 years ago. This decemeber we will have been married for 6 years. She still keeps me around which is amazing in itself. Congrats Kirsti and Carlos. |

Carlos- Congrats, keep up the good work. You have probably learned that mutual respect is what keeps marriages together. Even though I get upset when mine continually doesn't want me to buy another bike and she gets upset with me when I buy it, we don't let it get the best of us. We've been at it for 30 years now and even though some of our priorities have changes over the years I can't see doing anything different. |

Congrats, keep up the good work. You have probably learned that mutual respect is what keeps marriages together. Nope - My brother-in-law taught me the three phrases to a happy marriage. 1. Yes dear. 2. What ever you say dear. 3. You look lovely. |

1. Yes dear. 2. What ever you say dear. 3. You look lovely. This gives him half a shot of having the last word!! As for smoking, tattoos and girls gone wild..I've lived through him quitting smoking twice (thought I might kill him the last time), he's not really into tattoos, girls gone wild...would be fun to watch him try and keep up! |

yea wife, smoking is another thing to get compared to. everytime i tried she would just tell me to just start back up. the last time i tried i wanted to quit so bad that 3 days later i quit my job instead and spent the next two weeks playing a video game to keep my mind off of what to do with my hands. and that was like 7 yrs ago on my birthday. |

everytime i tried she would just tell me to just start back up. That's where I was the last time. I have asthma and smoke is a big irritant for me, so Carlos didn't smoke in the house or cars....got very interesting in the OH winters. |
