Just curious to see what you guys were using for eyewear at night. I have a Shoei Rf900 and have a hard time fitting glasses that have wide or thick arms. Any suggestion? |

Go to the hardware and buy some safety glasses. Mine work great. |

I'm using a set of safety glasses, they don't fit right in a tight helmet. Not even resting on my nose. |

if you expand the tailbag, you can get a clear face shield in it. i keep my shield in an old sock to keep it from gettin scratched. i never leave home without it. that new scorpion with the dual visor thing looks too bad azz tho, i think that'll be the bucket next year. |

+1 on the Wiley X They have shatterproof Z87 lenses. Also they are good enough for our troops in Iraq (I accumulated about 6 pair while I was over there) and they certainly do a great job for me when I am on the bike. |

Ditto to inexpensive safety glasses. Of course some brands of glasses won't work well with certain helmets. Try experimenting a little. Most ANSI approved safety glasses can be had for $5-15. |

Having had to USE a helmet a few times... actually a FEW helmets (not willing to re-use them) - I'm spooked by the thought of having glasses on under the helmet. I've worn sunglasses before but haven't felt right about it, KNOWING how much my head moves around inside a helmet when it gets clobbered. Problem is that if you want a tinted face shield, that's easy... until you're in the dark then you have to change faceshields? That's where the sunglasses idea really works well... except that crashing thing. Don't have a good answer. |

The WileyX's look like the ticket. Even with my safety glasses, the debris goes around the lenses sometimes and gets in my eyes. That's when it's handy to be legally blind |

I made the mistake of trying yellow lenses at night. Couldn't wait to stop and get them off. We got some of the safety glasses at work with the bifocal reading lenses. They work real good if you use a small GPS or have a map in your tank bag. I had to go to Wal-Mart to get tinted ones, found them in the fishing section. |
