For those of you who aren't in Georgia: Where are we meeting? Might I suggest the good ol' Vanilla Bean loop? And Sunday looks rainy so how's about tomorrow? |

Hey guys FYI, I just got back in town and I won't be at the track tonight, but assuming I get my ignition switch squared away (I will), I will be there tomorrow for test and tune ($28.00). I believe the gates open at 8, racing starts at 9.... |

howdy, did you guys go to that museum? i got out much later, had to fix some stuff first and i gave lucretia a tune-up! finally got out and went for a nice ride, i managed to make it to the tatlock gallery in downtown new bedford for the opening of their vintage motorcycle exhibit. it's only a dozen bikes but they're well worth the viewing, they had a sweet xr750 pristine with a bomb blue and orange paint set trimmed with chrome sporting a cool euro fairing! i'm going back for pics! anyone riding tomorrow? |

Tempting, but I've got chores. Have to get ready to fly on Wednesday (yeah, right). Oh yeah-- the show was pretty cool. Especially the cherry '27 Indian Scout. And Jim won 1st Place Buell. But then, Jim, Greg and I were the only Buells in show! I still say Jim paid off the the judges... (Message edited by scotty_j on October 07, 2007) |

i'm a little lethargic this morning, but i'm starting to come around, i can be ready to go soon! ima get dressed right quick and repost. so who got 2nd and 3rd? i entered a show once, cafe class, there were two other bikes initially, i swore i had third place locked in until a late entry showed up, doh, i came in dead last, i guess the judges preferred rice with a lot of stickers, and i washed my bike for that one! |

well that sucks! i took a ride out to plymouth and back, a little chilly but fun. made a gruesome discovery however, half the teeth off my back sprocket are gone! it'll be cheaper to go with another belt this time instead of buying a new chain and sprocket, they finally stopped tearing up the roads in my hood after 4 yrs. so hopefully the belt will last, i'm tired of all the freakin maintenance the chain requires anyway. |

well that sucks! Yeah,it's been a long battle/w alcoholism.A constant circle between remorse and denial. She claims to grow very lonely w/o me.My only problem is the constant wondering "what" i'll come home to.But i have to have a life. Plymouth haaaa.I love riding thru Miles Standish state forest.Tripp,i'm looking forward to the next ride.Tomorrow? Rain? |

i don't know, i'm a little leary about riding around with that back sprocket missing half it's teef. i should be up for next weekend probably saturday afternoon, i'll have to do the chain/belt swap sat. morning. if'n it don't take that long i'll be riding silly. i've been gearing up for hh3 tune-up, oil change etc. i actually warshed the bike for the third time since i've owned it, to find and stop that nasty oil leak. i put it off for a long time expecting the worst but it turned out to be a leaky push rod tube. an easy fix took me less than 15 min. i cracked my damb intake cover putting it back on, that pissed me off but that cover is trashed anyway. no biggie i guess.. |

Do you need a front fender to be street leagle? Mine got ruined at the track. Lotz of cosmedic damage but ridable. |
