What is the size of the front brake's master cylinder pump?? Is it a radial pump? I "pray" for a 17mm radial pump on the 1125R! |

I have a 17mm Nissin radial MC on my bike. I have also ridden the 1125R with a standard MC. As much as I like the MC on my bike, it didn't feel absent at all on the 1125R. I really couldn't have asked for anything that was really needed to improve the brake feel on this bike. |

14mm. Vagelis, you seem to like sizes that give four-finger braking. 17mm would give roughly 40 percent higher lever effort. |

Actually I like using 3-fingers on the brake lever, for more 'feel'. Installing a 14mm on the XB12R, improved the brakes, especialy when they are used hard, the lever does not get as soft as with the 1/2". Honestly, I was hoping for a radial pump on the 1125R. Quality supermotos e.g. Husaberg, Husqvarna, e.t.c. that use a single disk + (3piston caliper), run Brembo 16mm radial cylinder. |
