Rode an 07 firebolt today and notice the transmission shifted smoother than my 04.

Has anyone upgraded to the newer XB gear box in there older XB?

The new trans. won't work in the older XBs. Something to do with how the cases are. This was discussed back when they made the switch. Believe me, I was looking into it.
