Up front, I apologize for using this forum for a biz. enquiry, but I know that Buell mgt. monitors it and it's the quickest way to get a message to them. Mea Culpa done, www.highland.se There could be some interesting synergies as Buell expands its product offerings & we'd like to talk. |

I tried to start a rumour that Buell would use Highland engines a while back, but nobody took the bait then either Nice street/flat tracker and also a lovely 450 motor ready to go though

Not trying to start any rumors; Highland has a number of interesting projects on-going with major mfr's, and would like to engage Buell in exploratory discussions about some of the designs and technology that's been developed. And, yes the new 450 is quite a package. In prototype form and its competitive debut, it is currently lying 3rd in the Swedish National MC Championship. I'm hoping to get my "personal" SM version over here this Fall. I had a 950 SM w/race kit here a couple years ago, but have since passed it on to a business associate in Russia. VERY fun bike! |
