I'm not positive, but it looks like an X1 with an aftermarket fairing. |

Does not say anything about "limited edition" or am i missing it? Does say "2000 Buell Lightning X1 -Harley Limited Production" Limited production is a relative term. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2000-Buell-Lightnin g-X1-Harley-Limited-Production_W0QQitemZ2501621183 46QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item250162118346 |

Euro-components products were stylish but required more than a little rat-tailing to fit properly. Several years ago they were all the rage among Buell owners. |

Reg, Boy...Euro Components haven't heard that name in awhile. Reminds me of Battletwin. Maybe bring it back one day???? |

Vik at Sacborg did this to his X1 before selling it. As I recall, the phrases "poor fit" and "scraped knuckles" were prominent in his chronical of the install. You might want to post over there or ask him to come and post here about this. |

Not in a 100 years, BadS1. If would be great fun, tho. The Buell community is significantly larger and more diverse than when I tried my experiment. However, advertising dollars are tighter than ever, and print publishing--in general--is slowly sinking under the weight of the web. |
