most of biker dont like the blast 2 year ago i buy one for my girl friend as a beginner bike first thing i know i ride it more as my other bike and more as my girl friend i ride its to in winter time i dont know why biker dont like the blast cheap on gas price i trade it when i buy my harley the dealer give me more that what i pay when i buy it tire are cheap price to and i do whit it about 8000 miles fun to drive easy to park every where ok not so much power but who need 200hp when you ride at 65 or 70 mph and follow the law now i got a harley street bob and a xb12csg you can see it in the previous comment whit a pot of flower and see my blast in snow to so if any one can tell me why biker dont like the blast let me know! | ||

These are the best I have to hand,let me know if you want more-I can take more this w/end and post them in a few days time. It took me a good few hours of free-hand/measuring and by eye fabrication and the result has survived well. It keeps the road-crap off the headlight nicely. I only wish I'd done loads of pics during the build but it was bitterly cold in my un-heated garage in early Spring and also I'd not got round to learning how to post photos either. I could dig out the templates (I always keep them in case I need to make replacement parts) and photograph them to give an idea of what I did. I used very thin (thereby easily bent/shaped by hand/hand-tools) Dural sheet to make a series of brackets to hold the original gaurd in the desired position and pop-riveted/nyloc nut & bolted it together.    Glad it's of interest 'cos I must admit to being quite proud of it-it was also enjoyable to do (even though I was wearing four layers of clothing and riveters 'anti-vibration' fingerless gloves to keep the cold out-the joys of tinkering with motorbikes,overcomes anything eh!?). | ||
