Removed my seat recently on 2K,M2.It never fit really well but didn`t look awful-I guess the sun hit it pretty good and the front of the seat does not hug the tank well any more and seems to snarl at me (twisted)until I sit on it.Any good way to secure the seat pan to the tail section-velcro probably won`t do?Tried a heat gun, helped a little but very difficult to control the degree or warp.I don`t like Buell plastic-what is this S__t anyway, old pop bottles?

Personally I would try a different seat. My M2 has 5000 mi. and it is just fine. Of course it stays in the garage if it is not parked or at work.
