This is just a feeler...... I'm thinking of letting go of my 1995 S2 ThunderBolt. This bike is all original with just over 5K miles on it. I purchased her from the original owner, making me the second owner of this fine machine. I just had the 5K service done and also mounted a new rear tire. She purrs like a kitten and hauls like a bat outta hell. Original Red Snap color, white frame. I'm looking to get $4500, might anyone be interested? Bike is located is beautiful (rainy) South Florida.    | ||

One of the first questions you get will be do you have all the Signature Series stuff to go with it? Second question will be have any and all recalls been completed on it? I notice it still has the original style gas tank vent on it. Third question will be does it still have the original exposed spring rear shock on it? You might want to take a lap and scrub the attitude off the front brake rotor. Nice looking bike. | ||

All recalls have been done/updated EXCEPT for the gas tank vent. Trying to get the recall parts for it now. The bike is in the original condition that I received it in from the original owner. As far as the surface rust on the rotor that is just because she was sitting out in the rain today. Thanks, she is a really head turner! | ||

Those iron rotors get surface rust at just the sight of a rain cloud, but boy do they work good. I'm thinking it will sell. | ||

Awesome bike. I bought one just like it this past spring and LOVE it - anyone who's on the fence about the S2 and considering this bike, just go ahead and get it. You won't regret it. Beautiful condition, too. Mine's the same color but with white wheels, saddlebags and fairings. And quite a few more miles (18k). Best of luck for a quick sale, and a free bump!  | ||

the S2 is a VERY capable touring bike.  I already have 3 S2's and just added an S3 to my Buell collection. | ||
