Just curious if anyone was going to Mid-Ohio next weekend for the AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days and also wondering if the 1125 would be on display | ||

I'll be there on my 83 kz750. I doubt the 1125 will be there but it would be cool if it is. I hope the other 08s are there, I'd like to ride those also. | ||

I was hoping and think it would be an excellent opportunity for Buell to have their 1125 on display. Even though this is a vintage event, it still is one of the largest motorcycle events in the country. | ||

Demos from Buell, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, KTM, Kawasaki, Kymco, Moto Guzzi, Ridley and Triumph And it says Team Extreme will be performing but I wonder if they meant Team Xtreem?? | ||

Hi guys....... A good friend of mine asked me if I wanted to ride with him to this event this weekend. He is a vintage BMW collector. I told him that I would think about it and that it would depend on what my Dr tells me on Tuesday. I am seeing my knee Dr on Tuesday and depending what he tells me, like when surgery is going to be, will depend on if I go. If surgery will be within a month then I'm going. Just wondering where to stay if I go. My buddy says he is going to wing a place to stay. He is just bringing a tent & sleeping bag. If I do go I wouldn't mind meeting up with some fellow Buellers!!!! BTW we'll be riding from Boston, leaving Thursday morning and coming home on Sunday. Thanks, Jim | ||

Mid-O is a pretty cool place(I haven't been to many others) lots of camping, I'd try to get under the trees on the SE side just cause it looks like a better place to camp, but then your a bit away from all the hubbub. There's a couple of decent hotels about 45 min away off of 71 at 36/37 towards cbus, haven't been north except to camp in Mohican area which has very good camping, but a bit of haul. Wish I was going. | ||

Mid-Ohio... Seems like I get caught in a brutal thunderstorm on the way home every year. Anyone else aside from Spidy coming from the NW Ohio SE MI area? Hot damn we're going to have some fun. | ||

I'll be there. I hang with the vintage two stroke triple guys, Sundial Motors and Smokeriders. Look for the banner in the SW corner of the campground. We are usually around there. Ron P.S. Maybe we ought to start thinking of having a Buell Owners group set up in the campground so all of us know where to catch up with everyone. Just set up a few canopies surrounded by your tents and we'll have Buell City! Of course we gotta stock the place with food and beer, right! If ya'all are interested, send me a note, I'll make a list and get the plans rolling for next year. | ||

Sorry I missed most you guys, but a friend of ours was racing so we got to park in his pit area. Seen some great bikes and racing, went to the Ducati demo truck and kept stealing there bottled water LOL (if you work it right there are free bottles everywhere and you don't have to pay for one all day  ) Made Jay Springsteen laugh his ass of when we told him to sighn a pic "Chris Carr sucks" (Long story) Kuuud left a business on MJ which had me freaked out that some one dropped her LOL and to top it off his card has "Saftey" on it so when I first picked it up I thought I got busted by the EPA or road Nazis LOL I'll post some pics a little later on... | ||
