...they are always "on" with the daytime running lights? That sure would save quite a few of us out there in traffic, by really increasing the visible cross section from the front. Heck, while they're at it maybe they can light up those little triangle rear turn signals and save a few more of us from the "BRAINDEADS" coming up behind us. L.E.D. full-time running lights...it can't be too hard in the overall scheme of things. |

The Clear lens's with 33 Amber LED's are final production (was just there today and saw them on the line) and they are BRIGHT as hell!! Blinding even... And no, I don't believe they are on all the time. |

Did they tweak the front end at all that you noticed?? That is the only hangup I am having with this bike. If it doesnt look good in person when it hits the showroom I am getting the White/Blue 12R. |

what you mean "tweaked front end" what do you think they may have done? i dont see them doing a lot to it, changing lenses on turn signals isnt that hard, but redoing a front fairing seems like quite a task |

Get China on the phone. The plastic disk "scoops: that bolts on the side could be reshaped easily to make it look like part of the fairing. In fact bring it down to hide the front part of the muffler too and she b 1 sexy beee otch |

I rewired my S3 front signals through relays to be on and blink off with the flasher. I'm sure that it would be easy to do this on the 1125 also. I would also guess that the led would still last much longer than a bulb. |

Im glad the clear version made the cut. It does look better than the amber. The scoops are set up for radiator airflow. I guess it has 2 radiators. |

well they look liek they have the same stalks as the xbr mirrors but i could be wrong but the only difference i see is the fact that they obvously have wires running threw it for the lights. glad to here they will be clear i like the pictures with the clear ones over the amber ones but i think both are an improvment over haveing blinkers else were. why have 4 odd things sticking off the front of the bike when you can have just 2 that does the same thing as 4? |

The clear does look so much better than the amber lenses. That would have been my first mod to the 1125r, assuming that the clear lense was available. |

Sounds like I'll be adding another upgrade to my firebolt. Like the Buell engineers the idea of getting one part to do more than one job really appeals to me. Any idea what those mirrors/turn signals will cost? |

Looks like the aftermarket will have an easy item to market. Wiring kit to use the mirror turn signals for running lights. I bought a kit like that for my BMW R110sa and it really made the bike "look" safer..... Every little bit might help save your life or limbs. -Next item will be neon glow kit to really make those (insert .02) looking vents stand out. Make it look more future/alien like! |

So, do we know if the 1125R mirrors will fit the stock mounting points on a Firebolt? What about the rear indicators - will they fit on a 'bolt as well? When can I get some and how much??? Gimmie gimmie gimmie... |

Iammike: How did you do the rewire on your turn signals? I'd like to do the same to me S3T? Like JasonK, I'll put a pair of 4" PIAAs in the old turn signal holes. I work at an H-D dealership, when the parts book comes in I'll post the price for the mirror/turn signals. Thanks AnotherBueller |

Here is a relay diagram to do what you want. You need one relay for each side. 5 pin relays (SPDT) Single Pole Double Throw with a normally closed contact.
