From the exclusive owner's content on the Buell web site it's apparent that McWilliams was actively involved in the testing of the new bike. Anyone know round about when this occurred? I hope this means McWilliams will be back at Daytona next year aboard a 1125R |

the 1125 cant be in the 200 cuz it cant compete in the fx class. but superbike on the other hand that would be awsome. i can see the head lines now "suzuki finally toppled and its by an american made bike!" |

You've seen the McWilliams video on www.buell.com, right? |

Yes, I've seen the video but I was wondering when that video was shot? McWilliams got hurt back in the fall or early winter, correct? So, I'm thinking he was testing the bike at least a year ago or longer which means when he said to me at Mid-Ohio in August something to the affect of "hang in there...good things are on the way"...he was probably referring to the 1125R. |

He tested the bike before and after his Ilmor injury. |

After?...he sustained significant injuries, as I recall...what a trooper !! |

He probably expected the Ilmor to stick as well as the 1125r then ;). |

Speaking of McWilliams... http://www.motoczysz.com/club/?p=64#comments MotoCzysz is getting a little long in the tooth, now that Buell has the 1125R. What does Court say (actually Mr. Jobs)? ..."real artist ship". |

McWilliams tested the Motoczysz in June of this year. That would be after he was involved in testing the 1125R. Jeremy told a journalist after his ride that the C1 was “the best turning bike ever". |

I was at Barber for the Buell Inside Pass track day and was delayed getting in on Friday because according to security, Buell was testing a new bike. I wonder if it was the 1125? |

In the video, I thought the grass in the Barber infield looked like it was a March vintage. Not to mention, what better way to prevent a whole bunch of Buell owners from attending than to schedule it during March Badness! Would you really want 300 Bad Web Buellers coming down a day early and accidentally sneaking a peak of the bike? It ain't like any of us would keep our mouths shut! They'd have to kill us all, and well, that would just take 300 bikes out of the sales column. Counter productive! |
