What I could see of the styling leaves me a little cold (too generic), but the rest looks pretty intriguing. |

+1 Statik That front faring looks fishy, I find it had to swallow that Buell would Differ that much from the current. |

Has the power both torque and HP. Sweet. I'll hold off on final thoughts untill I see more details on the engine. The ability to modify or just do routine maintance work. I refuse to buy something that requires crazy $$$$$ tools just to reset a code or throttle. |

I am going to call Shananigans on this, just searched the MCN site and can't find anything or that video. maybe it was a leak? I dunno but I'm stuck on the 798 faring and headlight and really think Buell wouldn't copy someone else's look. |

Absolutely stunning, I agree with Ryker though. Is it gonna be cheaper to buy new tools and computer or take it to the dealer? I thought it sounds alot like a Duck. Is that wheelbase the same as the current XB's? |

"So will this new Rotax engine going to be unique to Buell? It must be, as I don't see much on Rotax's website that comes close to an 1125cc engine. Engine Type V990 (Could they possibly have bored and stroked this to 1125 cc?) 4-stroke 2-cylinder 60° V-Engine video says 72??? 4-valve / cylinder 102 kW/139 HP 997.6 ccm 6-speed gearbox 2 balance shafts EFI"
http://www.sporttwin.com/Forums/viewtopic/p=33611.html If you watch the video you notice that engine looks pretty close. |

It has look & feel of all the Buell ads. As for a "copy" of the look, have you seen the Ducati 1098 fairing. Does it remind you of another bike???

Making it liquid cooled and higher RPMs will place it in the same market segments as most rice bikes.... Dispite vtwin or 4cyl platform. Too expensive and buyers will look at zx14, busas, etc etc etc. I like a twin but I also like my money! |

Yeah for Buell! This is the step forward that they have needed to take for some time now. Just in time for the new 1200cc twins limit in WSBK! Bravo Erik and team. |

Keep in mind a new Honda RC51 is $11,995 and the sold-out Ducati 1098 is $14,995 If the 1125R is somewhere between those price points I'd say Buell gets an A+ |

Court you are a lucky and at the same time cursed man to have known about this all along. I would have imploded with joy and desire to spread the word by now!! So if I were to say I would be willing to pay 12K for such a bike and not a penny more would one be in my future?? |

ZTL2 - I thought that is the brake on the XBRR, an eight piston caliper with single rotor. Way to go Buell. The evolution of the company continues from the days of the barn, to main stream and serious contender to be reckoned with. I can not wait to see the details. I am glad I bought the '06 Uly because now I can focus on a Sport Bike to park next to it. As for the fairing, I did a little stop motion look at the fairing and it reminds me of the shape of the XBRR as well. 5.6 gal capacity will probably be on the Uly as well since the gas is still in the frame? |
