They put that on the web wow! I have been looking for that the past few days. I had some fun on playing with some raw footage from the shoot. Lets just say the the "red" of the bike is not real. It has been doctored as well as alot of the colors in the video. |

I am currently working on short film (HD) with a Firebolt. When we finish I will post some shots of the Buell in HD. |

HD is the only way to fly. Video (HD) has now replaced film. Ducati video was shot with 3 cams 1080p/1080i/720p and some old 480i mixed in and then upscaled to 1080p We will be shooting 1080 all the way on the buell. There is a slim chance we will shoot the film in 4k.

Barker, you're going to get hold of a Red camera? They're not out yet. Who knows when they'll really be released? What cameras are you using for your shoot? What camera shoots 1080p? I know a few shoot 1080i, and my little JVC HD200 can shoot pretty impressive 720p video. |

I talked with Ted Schilowitz in mid june he told me it will be shipping this summer. He also showed me a film shot on reds by peter jackson, great flick. The rental company I use was early on the reservation list. (2 reserved) My shoot is July 20-22 I can only hope it will be in. We will shoot 1080/60i. Camera we will use? HDX900 and a HVX200 maybe red. Cams that shoot 1080p. Viper, was used on ducati shoot and Arri d20 are ones that I know work. They aint cheap. |

"The new Ducati 1098 Superbike is the most powerful twin-cylinder motorcyle in the world with the highest torque-to-weight ratio of any sport bike." Not for long. |

A friend of mine just bought an HDX900. Sweet camera! I used an HVX200 on a shoot last week. Very nice, bit a pain to hand-hold for extended periods. Good luck on your shoot - or is that "break a leg?" (Message edited by vanvideo on July 05, 2007) |

Nice! - I looked at investing in a better camera - when I got off the floor, I figured for my web stuff, I upload the vids to you tube and it all turns to flash custard anyway. may as well be shot on super 8. And I don't feel so bad about duct taping the cheapie I did buy to my helmet. |

A funny little tidbit of trivia about Ducati USA. They are located in the same building on Bandley Drive in Cupertino, that Apple TV used to be in. Apple TV produced videos for Apple Sales and Marketing, dealer use, and point of sale use. |
