I have one some place, but it is almost useless, and not worth the money. And I'm not saying that because its been a rainy gloomy end of the riding season day here in Michigan. |

Does any one know of a pdf of the service manual?? because yeah this owners manual... isnt so detailed, and while im not the most talented person, i dont want to take my bike to a Harley dealer to do ever thing (im broke enough as it is). Specifically, i need to know about the transmission fluid, and how to change it. any info on that would be appreciated as well. |

As for changing the tranny fluid the hardest part is getting access to the screws on the plate. if you still have you stock footpegs yo have to loosen the left side Y to remove the screws. draining is easy loosen and remove the rear bolt on the bottom of the case (leave the front alone is the primary adjustment bolt) drain and clean the metal off the magnet then reinstall...fill with one quart of 20w50Mobil one synthetic (or Mobil 1 Vtwin Synthetic) and presto (Message edited by blake on July 03, 2007) |

Tony, If that is a bootleg copy or unauthorized copy of a service manual to which you refered, please avoid promoting it on BadWeB. The price of the manual is well worth it, yes? Thanks, Blake |
