Poor Buell M2, left outside all alone, cold, dark. Let it inside. It is easily house trained. |

yea radchadagain, when i was a kid i never had the kahuna's to do wheelies, but after i let this 14 year old try my o2 m2 and saw what he was able to do with thing i started practicing a little, tried again sunday over my buddies house and the first time up i was looking at the gas tank. quite impressed as to how it went right down without any aukwardness. the second time i walked it a few more feet without the height, felt alot better. little by little i'll get it. |

Ok these aren't exactly "Cool Buell Pics" but for the new guys..... Here is the American Sport Bike sold catch can. Hose routing. While I'm dusting off the old pictures, here is a gutted air box. Here is my "temporary" transmission catch can. It's been working so well I haven't bothered to change it. It was a plastic spice container. I drilled some vent holes in the lid and inserted a 90 degree hose fitting (rigged a retaining clip). The hose by the brake reservoir holds the "can" in place. I can pull it down for easy cleaning. Easy visual fluid level check. The weather has been so nice up here in Maryland I haven't taken the bike off line for my scheduled winter projects. -By the way, the bike and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary this Valentine's day.- I need to redo my 3rd (and hopefully final) license plate bracket. Vibration has claimed the last two proto types. AND I was going to replace the primary chain tensioner just to be on the safe side. Question is, should I do the "automatic" M6 (I believe that is the model name) or go with stock? Dana out. |

Dana Are those tank accents you have on your bike? Looking at your intake box, its not the full molded box to the tank?

Kahuna, That's still the stock air box back. The black accent is just the edge of the gas tank. Dana |
