Selling the SV is funding my kitchen, I have been telling yall that from the beginning. Even if I had the money H.B. has been waiting on my upper triple for months, and I hear they are on backorder, and everyone I find used sells for more than a new one or I get shafted out of it. I appreciate the offers for wrenchen but as you all know I am very neurotic about that stuff, maybe you can come for moral support but it looks like if I get time and some parts it is just gonna happen. The bones have knitted up nicely, and I'm officially cleared to get out of the boot. I got an ankle brace that I can wear under a shoe now, and I'll split time with it until I'm comfortable enough to get rid of the boot entirely. We are going to sponsor a bike night there every wednesday for the rest of the summer. They staff is very friendly and really wants bikes to show up. The food is great and they have many beer specials. Last week we had over 85 bikes. It would be nice to have a good Buell showing. It runs from 7 to 10. Way to go I put 29,880 miles on my first XB in 2 years. It wasn't riden commuting back and forth to work, mostly mountain miles along with a lot of back roads. I REMEMBER WHEN...LOL I'm out for Hooters, I'm going to Road A' to set up for tomorrow's practice. A friend of mine is sitting in line at R/A and he said theirs three rows of traffic backed up on the side entrance all the way to the road. They open the gates at 6pm... Same with the wheel bearings, I ride way to hard to chance used parts, especially used wear items. Glitch, I found something you might want, It is black with white stitching, a Pegasus and a Glitch on it. Just wanted to say hey and introduce myself David McNamara   Shred Posted on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 - 11:34 pm:        Glitch you have PM, look at the racing board...   Xbullet Posted on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 - 11:50 pm:        david -- welcome aboard!! the more the merrier. hey everybody -- headed to the V tomorrow night. i know ya'll are mostly over it, but if any of the new guys wanna check it out, we'll probably get there by 8 or so.   Tkxb9sx Posted on Thursday, June 28, 2007 - 02:15 am:        so today my race ecm came in and i decided that i would put it on before i go to earl smalls to have my tps re-mapped. after my buddies and i got done eating at hooters we rode back to my friend hunters house and put on my ecm. i started driving home and it was running so lean b/c of my jardine and the ecm that it would just die on me randomly. i pull back into his driveway after four or five re-starts and i put my stock one back in. and when i start it back up some old guy that lives next to hunter was walking up his driveway and got right in my face and started screaming at me. he was so close that if i stuck out my tongue i would have licked his nose. he was prolly 70 and 6'4" and 300 lbs. he was upset that i had my bike running past eleven. i explained my situation to him and he proceeded to tell me that he would kill me if he heard it again. then i told him that i had to go home so he would prolly hear it and that if he was going to kill me he should do it now. he was a Marine in vietnam and he got shot in the head. he has SOME mental issues. im filling out a police report tomorrow, well i guess later on today just in case something else happens ill be covered. sorry about the long post.   New12r Posted on Thursday, June 28, 2007 - 07:28 am:        Tk, cranky old man eh?
