Why aren't the alleged Buell slip-ups posted here? Did anyone catch this alleged slip up that Court is referring to? If so, it should be posted here, as if it was publicly (albeit prematurely and unintentionally[allegedly]) released, then it should be fair game! |

I was hunting yesterday... My path was to look at the newly announced racing contingency programs, and see if there was a contingency available for a bike that "Buell does not make". Like a showroom stock water cooled twin. The classes aren't that clean though... I got through most of them and did not find any that were a "smoking gun". Fun hunting though! |

"then it should be fair game!" Is it? Googling is a funny business where a different combination of search words will get you different results from the person one cube over searching for the exact same thing. Could be others saw the same slip but didn't recognize it as such and therefore didn't capture the moment, could be others also saw it and recognized it for what it was and either decided to let it lay silent or captured it for their own use later with an alt-printscreen showing the image and a calender/clock showing the time/date to "prove" it was there later on down the road. If others saw it then I'd fully expect there to be at least one t-shirt being worn at Homecoming with the accidental exposure silkscreened on the front just to see how many people recognize it for what it is. It could have been a pic of the dirtish bike, it could have been a pic of a new RR bike, it could have been a pic of a Blast engine in an XB frame, it could have been almost anything, or nothing, or just some more "parts bin assemblage" making a new model. Is it fair game if you get out of the shower and hear the phone ring so you wrap a towel around you and get the phone only to realize the living room curtains are open just as the towel slips off as you reach for a pencil while some neighbors are walking their kids to school past the front of your house? Some would say yes, some would say no, some would be disgusted, and some would just smile and shake their heads and continue on their way realizing an accident is just an accident and the poparazi we are not. I google a lot, and even if I saw something - I didn't, sometimes it's fun to play cat and mouse, and sometimes it's fun just to play the dog and watch them run around in circles. Court can seem like a dog at times, but when you realize you dropped your towel and look down to see him there with your towel in his mouth picking it up to hand back to you you just have to say thanks, and then you notice the slight grin and wonder if he didn't tug a bit when he saw the neighbors come walking by, nah, he wouldn't do that, would he? It's early and I"m still asleep, time to get some work done perhaps, right after a new word combination search. ;) |

Well. . . I broke down . . . spilled the beans and am in the process of receiving independent outside verification that I saw what I **thought** I saw and that it's still right there, on the internet, in plain view. Damn sure don't want to run the risk of being a serial liar. The rabbit was really in the hat . . . they magician just got you to look somewhere else. Reach out with your feelings Luke . . .

Use your instincts." –Episode I Yoda: "Use your feelings, you must." -Episode II Yoda: "Use your feeling, Obi-Wan, and see the Buell future you will." -Episode III Yoda: "Through the Force, things you will see. Other places, the future, the past, old friends long gone." -Episode V

We're awaiting 3rd party verification that I saw what I think I saw. Who knows. . . . I could be full of hooooey and Buell may introduce nothing. I'm still busy lusting over the original CityX anyway. |

The implication seems to be that there is something out there in plain sight if we just knew where to look. Maybe something in the background of a photo at Buell.com, maybe a webpage at Buell.com that shouldn't be up yet? |

I'm puzzled why some folks on here can spill the beans about what they know/hear/see, but when other's do it, there's a lynch mob formed and threats made. From some its fact, but from others its rumor? |

OK, 10 minutes ago there was a long post above by Court starting out "Well, I was wrong..." but then stating that both drawings and photos had been seen and independently verified. Did the Men in Black pay a visit or what? |

Yes, it's true. Buell will be using a motor derived from alien technology for a new hypersport. I work near Wright Patterson air force base, and I have seen the busloads of grey aliens headed for East Troy. They claim they are going up I-75 to report for work at the Evendale GE plant like normal, but I followed them one day as far as the Chicago Skyway before I ran out of gas. Those damn nuclear busses never have to stop and fuel. I'm so disappointed. GE has had this antiquated technology since 1960 and using it in B2 bombers... I was hoping for some new technology, not some out of date tractor motor that was already obsolete when it crashed it in New Mexico 30 years ago... probably due to a broken oil pump drive gear or something... |
