It is late friday afternoon, I am anticipating a three day travel adventure on my bike and I have been drinking coffee all day so I had some sort of brain fart. Here is my idea. We do not hesitate to talk about bad dealers how about if we started a directory of the good dealers,city/state/phone number and even contact person, so those of us as we travel through this great country of ours if need will have access to good service for our Ulys? I also have printed a copy of the RAN book |

I once was talking about a dealer that I had done business with for years, and I was saying how good they were. Another rider, hearing my conversation jumped in to tell us how badly they treated him, and how the service there sucked, and he wouldn't go there if it was the only shop on the planet. I really liked the shop, and had nothing but good experiences with them. He hated the place and would warn everybody to stay away. Who's opinion was right? Who would you listen to? |

I would go to a shop that has mixed reviews before I would go to one with all bad reviews. Just try it and we will see. It works with the BMW club I'm in. |

I've been to a few Buell shops that have treated me right. Sheldon's in Auburn, MA, TSI in Ellington, CT, Liberty in Rahway, NJ, Manchester H-D/B in Manchester, NH and Meredith H-D/B in Meredith, NH are all good in my experience. I'm hoping to be able to stop in at Appleton while I'm out for Homecoming. |

In the Atlanta area, everyone usually mentions Stone Mountain HD, on the East side, but I think Earl Small's HD over on the NW side is also a great dealership. |
