I have all of my electronics in/on my tankbag. The XM radio is in the map pocket on top and the chatterbox is attached to the back. When I want music I throw the tankbag on and plug the powerlet connector into the front socket. The antenna gets put on the brake reservoir with velcro. Works well and is easy to remove. |

Sure I've got one mounted...
The round mount bolts to the receiver mount, and has the "ram ball" on it. I also used the antenna mount, and I bought it all from Cycle Gadgets. I believe this setup works with the starmate, but don't quote me on it, double check at cyclegadgets and the website should tell you. chopped58 |

I don't think the Starmate 4 will have enough volume to drive earbuds or helmet speakers without an amp. I have an old Starmate and it is loud enough to drive my helmet speakers that I bought from RidersWarehouse www.aerostich.com plus the older Starmate has an external Volume control. The Stiletto works great also. I'll dig up some of my pictures of the Starmate mounted on my Uly. I also have the antenna on the Tailbag Lid. Also search eBay for older Starmates and Sirius Motorcycle mounts |
