Hey... Any of you North Eastern NC Buellers want to take a lil trip to the 757? Check this out... Calling all Harley hogs and sport bikes! HAMPTON -- It's Motor Head Night this weekend in downtown Hampton. Owners of Harleys and sport bikes are invited to show off their rides during downtown Hampton's Summer Street Fest 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday. The event takes place along Queensway. "This is the first year to have bike night, so we are hoping individuals attending will bring their bikes to show," says Toni Williams, spokeswoman at the Virginia Air and Space Center in downtown Hampton. Now tell me, wouldn't it be nice to show the HOGs that BRAG ain't just a step child? |

Less than 2 days away... 'Translated' online: That would register is locked phase. Approximately 190 Buellerinnen and Bueller registered themselves, under that Danes, Dutch, Frenchmen and American (the furthest arrival becomes therefore heavily to crack). All in everything stands therefore the planning so far and you can already once the long sheath of dictionaries pack up. Remains all only on good weather and little headache to hope us... "the furthest arrival therefore becomes heavily to crack" Seems to be some truth in that statement... Don'tcha think? Everyone can rest easy now as you probably won't hear from me again until I am back in NC Monday night... 1313 |

Brankin - Take pictures!! How are the roads around the event. Are they similar to the March Badness event where a Buell demo truck comes and the roads are choice? I would love to ride some of the roads I have seen in Europe. |

Glenn, looks like I'll have to pass on the Smokeout. Finally found a decent, safe apartment for Luke. Lots to do the next couple of weekends. Just thought I'd let you know. Have a great time. |

I will be traveling at the end of of that week Spike, so I know I will not be able to. I guess now that the Uly has few scratches I can do track days on it. I know once I get the last part I need for the Uly I would love to hook up with you and your brother-in-law. I would love to see that Super-Duke up close. |

My brother-in-law says Barber is his favorite track, keeps trying to convince me to do a track day there. He's registered for a bunch of Nesba dates this season, may already be registered for that one. I'll be in England from August 2nd through 17th, so I don't think I'll be able to make any dates in August. Maybe us C3ers can do one later in the year? |

Just to let anyone know, I'll be getting a new and unlisted phone number next week. Another M.Strong in High Point is deeply behind in his bills, and his creditors are calling me. The last phone call was'nt very pretty on my part, to say the least. Later... |

I know that feeling all too well! Have you checked your credit bureau just to make sure no one has accessed your credit? People are getting more and more creative every day. Had a friend in college that had her bank account frozen by the IRS. Took them 18 months to straighten it out and determine that she was not the person they were truly after. |

Sorry about Twig, I can understand being mad. I discovered a couple years ago, when I tried to get a loan, that there is another person with my same name who has had a couple of cars repossessed. The credit company decided we were the same person. I thought I was gonna have a stroke before I got it sorted out. |

Ever looked at the back of the bike to make sure your 9 year old nephew is safe after a few corners, looked back up to see an ass deliberatly steering his brand new Honda Accord into your lane? Well I did yesterday, and it didn't turn out pretty .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . for the driving the Honda!!! I know, I know! Shouldn't have, shoulda taken the high road, yada yada yada If I had been by myself I would have blown it off to someone being a jerk, but the Ahole tried to kill me and my Nephew is how I viewed it. When I caught glimpse of him, I saw his hand on the steering wheel yank in my direction, his left front tire was over the center of my lane. Now I was on my way to drop my nephew off with my mother, and that was only about 2-3 miles past where this happened, so yes I dropped him off first, it short and sweet, and then I put the bike into hunter mode. I'll leave it at that. Ya'll be careful, I had every bit of patience and dignity get turned to anger yesterday. |

Twig - Believe it or not there are 4 people that live in North Carolina and have the same first and last name as me that bank at the same bank I do. One of these four lives within ten miles of me, goes to the same doctor and mechanic. Now that is a feat, luckily we Latins have four names but unfortunately none of these Anglo-businesses recognize the other two. U - Been there and done that, but it never turns out for the best. The other day I was driving home in the cage. I was approaching an intersection when I saw a semi-truck turning left onto the road I was one. It was one of those grain trucks and I remembered it from the day before when it turned onto the road I was on from my left. That day the truck turned from a two-lane road to a two-lane road and he was cooking. The trailer wheels went deep into the grass and I thought to myself these guys either do not know how to drive a big rig or do not care. Well the second day I come across this same truck he is coming from my right and turning in front of me. I try to stop short of the stop sign and do by a couple of car lengths but this truck's trailer wheels are coming at me. I remember the day before and think to myself well these guys just do not know how to drive the truck and are just some farm hands moving grain from the fields to the silo. So I put the van in reverse and back up. As I do I check the mirror to see this rigs front left tire in my lane. Oh yes, these guys were doing it on purpose and I too had the thought of turning around. I have learned from past weaker moments so I just let it go and drive on. Talked under my breath all the way home but it was all for the best. On another note, because of a sad turn of events, I end up judging a car show. That falls into the category - never done that before. It was interesting to say the least. I was one of six judges. It felt good that four other judges agreed with my best in show choice. Most of my choices for different categories were in line with the other judges so I guess I was not too bad. Everyone but the guy that came in second had a good time. He wanted to tell us how much money he paid out on the car, but if a car show was just who paid the most, all you would need is accountants and receipts. A good way to spend an afternoon. |

Hello fellow Buellers,Happy Fathers Day to all that apply. My father-in law and I just returned from a great ride.He rode our Blast and it was a great Fathers day present to him.Boy was his excitement contagious. We rode to Oriental "The Bean" and got a smoothie. Then we headed to the Minnessott Ferry. The Ferry workers noticed that we were riding Buells and told us that we had just missed a Lightning. We ended up at Beaufort Water front to have lunch at Ribeye's. Well later on at The Beaufort water Front as we were leaving here comes a yellow'03 XB9 that we were chasing all day.The guy is from Oriental, Arappaho area. His name is Will and has never heard about Bad-Web or C-3 till today when he met Webe XB12X Everyone keep a look out for Will and welcome to Bad Web when you get here.Hope to ride with you soon. Laer all, Webe |

Hmm. I hadn't considered C3. That might work better actually. I don't really care that much one way or the other. I just need something I can hand people so they can find there way here. It's too hard to explain how to get here. |

Especially since Blake has set us up for www.badweatherbikers.com/ccc They can also get here through the Buell webpage by clicking NC clubs. Kristi |
