I've been crazy busy at work for the last two months or so and working on the house getting things ready for baby #2... I have no life but I'm happy as hell.. So what's new... 08's still on for mid July or maybe a reveal in come homecoming? Whats the latest rumors? Between Ducati's trifecta of the the 1098,Hypermotard and Monster and revamped maintenance cost they better pull something out their BUM two months or so and working on the house getting things ready for baby #2... I have no life Any one else loving their Diablo Corsa III's... These tires are plain sick.. |

probably just some different colors! Don't understand why they can't make a nice sport tour again. |

'Cause Erik says they don't sell. Of course, this news hasn't reached Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Ducati or BMW (who's made a pretty good business out of selling pretty much nothing BUT sport tourers of different flavors for over 75 years). About the only manufacturer who has gotten the message is Aprilia. They dropped the Futura sport-tourer from their line. |

No, Erik is repeating what the bean counters have told him. Buell *HAD* an S4T ready to go by what I've been told. Since they didn't release it. I had to make my own XB based sport touring bike |

Gotta admit, as far as sport-tourers go, I'm leaning REALLY far towards the New Kawi Concours 14. For just under $13k, you get a shaftie with bags, electrically adjustable windscreen, tire-pressure monitor, etc. Oh yeah, and the ZX-14 mill with variable valve timing making 150 HP and 100 lb-ft (as measured at the brochure). Can't wait to see the final specs. Also can't wait to see if Buell will announce a new bike that'll make me totally forget about buying the Kawi... (And I know ya'll will kick my arse in the twisties with your 80HP bike. But it turns out I live on the flats...) |

The Z14 is one nice machine, I would love to ride one, I wouldn't like to insure one! It may not even be rated by the insurance ID 10 Ts yet. I sort of like the way that 650 Kawi looks. Of course, I haven't seen one yet. The BMW Adventurer is one great machine. It will out perform any machine in its class. They almost bullet proof. Not exactly the bike for everybody. Seat height is +35 inches. It is a go anywhere machine. I am not saying the Uly isn't a good bike, it doesn't have the track record of the R1200GS' as of yet.
