How long should I expect to wait for my XRVM jacket. The order was placed on May 14th. That is 15 business days ago, which should be plenty of time to pick a jacket from the jacket tree, pack it, and ship it...... IMHO. |

Keep waiting! Vanson products are superb quality and will last a very, very long time. However you will be waiting a long time also. Seems they can not keep up with orders for some reason. I have had the same problems in the past with them. I won't tell you how long it took for a couple of leathers to come in. I visited their factory in Fall River , Mass years ago and was taken on a private tour of the facilities and ended up buying a jacket off the rack at the end. Loved it for years and it held up very, very well in two major wrecks and a few small spills. |

Vanson makes the same jacket for themselves. They have 4 types = plain, bones, flames and stripes. I would think they would have them hanging around waiting to put the correct "patches" on them. |

Just called the dealer AGAIN. Vanson told them they would get it to them when they could. I think thats what I will tell my customers from now on. |

15 business days for Vanson to get anything done! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahhaahahahahahha! They are by far, the worst company I have ever been forced to deal with. And forced is what it was as they are the ONLY Buell leather vendor. They make great products and I love mine, I really do. Between me,Kandie and Bobbie we have about 3000.00 worth of their leathers. I'm still trying to get the pants for Bobbie, I've only been at it for about 1 1/2 years now. Women, beware, their sizing is about 5 sizes (at least) off and no 2 pairs, only one size difference is ever the same. I have had a size that came too small, ordered the next size bigger and they were smaller than the first pair. Finally got a pair that fit her, kind of, they were a little big. They ripped in about 3 times she wore them. Sent them back 4 months later we get the pants back, the repair was not acceptable, wait another 4 months we get a new pair, one size smaller, they are like 4 sizes smaller. So I am still having to deal with them. Maybe by next year she will have her pants? Arrrrrrrrrrr! I hate Vanson. |

Vanson does take forever. No one should ever order anything from them with the expectation of getting it fast. High quality stuff though. I love my jacket and pants. |

from what I seen from the video on vansons web site, there factory is not very large at all. its not like there is a entire room filled with people doing one task. at some points in manufacturing it seemed to me that there was only one or two people involved |

next time, scour the internet for a stocking dealer and buy from them if you can. Try Scuderia West in SF Cali. |
