I figure this is a futile effort, but certainly worth the shot. I have a scg the wife just bought a cityx. For her to be able to ride we need to change the suspension, which really shouldnt be a difficult task as far as complication, just a bit of time and more importantly enough lifts to support two bikes. Would like to see if there are any buellers in the area willing to help us. Willing buy lunch and/or compensate some time. Really dont want to pay the dealer the 400+ bucks they want to do this. PLEASE HELP! |

I'm down in Santaquin. Have a lift and a jack etc. Shoot me and email and we can try to schedule something up. I will be out of town 'till the 7th and then gone again the rest of the month starting the 16th. Got a week in between I can fit ya in. Jon soewe812-at-hotmail.com |

wow i really never anticipated the response. I will have the bikes "saturday or sunday" when we do it is much more an issue of when anyone else can help, i am available pretty much any day after work and saturday or sundays. Dbird29 do you have two lifts? i dont have even a rearstand, i dont have a chain to service so i never got one. |

I'll be in town with my Buell in two weeks. Might be a little late though. I'll still help though if you need it then. 231-9116 if you need to reach me. Sam |

Micah (Jackelfox), I have an under the muffler lift and a steering head lift and a universal 2 ton jack and the service manual. I don't foresee any problems. We just do the front first and then the back. I do have a trailer that will carry multiple bikes if we want to not have a cluster of riders shuttling bikes. You going to call when you are ready? 647-0189 David Bird (Message edited by dbird29 on June 01, 2007) |

sooner than next weekend would actually be prefferable. My wife "the other rider" leaves for wa on wednesday night, so if it were possible to get at least one bike down to you durning the day tha'd be good. ill work out gettin em back. (at some point i'll need to get her to the airport that night though) |
