Author Message   2000m2pilot Posted on Friday, May 25, 2007 - 04:12 pm:        Speedo quit working on the way to work this morning!! about 4 miles before it quit my bike backfired (never done that) and about 8 miles after the speedo quit it started cutting out on me. After about 30 seconds of spitting & popping it was fine the rest of way to work & home!! I figured must be electrical since the speedo quit!! I checked the fuses & batt connections & for loose wiring, but all seems fine!! Thanks for any help!!   Reepicheep Posted on Friday, May 25, 2007 - 07:23 pm:        I miss my tuber! Brings back fond memories. Your speedo sensor is toast. You can try pulling it and cleaning it, but it probably won't help. I snapped 3 in the first 1,500 miles of owning it!!
