the really bad thing is that it is Trademarked, worried that somebody will start to infringe on the big belly ?

No?

That's because he didn't trademark the image.

You never know when you are going to produce the next "thing". Assume any new product is going to take off and deserve being protected.

Besides, he needs to be able to meet the payment requirements for the guy who modeled for the sticker.

He doesn't work for free, ya know!
