I just so happened to look @ my profile today. It has been exactly one year since I signed up on badweb. (been snooping around long before I signed on.) In a years time I have dropped 688 posts, but more importantly with yall's help I have been utilizing the information on this website to maintain, repair and ride over 16,000 miles on two buells over this past year. I've been registered 26 months and racked up 5744 posts!!! That's around 7.3 posts a day.  IF I had posted every day and never taken a couple months off of the board. Yikes!  | ||

It is almost as bad as riding!  It truly is great to have the great people of the BadWeb to share grins with and to have so much help at your finger tips! Permagrin has only half the effect without someone that understands to share it with. If I ride all day and come home to the wife with a large grin that won't wipe off, there had better been witnesses to the days events!  | ||

Lee, This is the old BadWeB site. It's just that back in 1999 and early 2000 we were deleting rather than archiving much of the site. Then there was the Blake induced crash of late 2000 where we lost all the KV type threads and all active BadWeBrs got there anniversary date changed to a late 2000 date. Hosting service at that time failed to provide backups as they were supposed to, so we lost most all of it. I do still have some of the files stashed on an old P133 around here somewhere. Good times for sure.  | ||

hey blake, someone posted some link that went to some archived type site that i was able to see my orig profile date sometime in 2000 or so and i can't find that link now. it was back before there were any sign ons. it was some good ole times back then, ridding with all the orig SCAB fellows....tony webb, big j, don the "savage", birdman, dr steve, ferris when he could make it, sparky, the barrister (can't remember his name), and a few others. my initial buell get together was 5 or 6 of us riding ortega in 98. | ||
