Ok, I finally got myself a brand, spankin new, Cherry Bomb Red XB12SCG. I've only wanted a Buell for the last 4 years! Last year when the red became available that was the final straw! Took my dealer 6 months to get the bike in and when they did, I scooped it right up! It's amazing when you try to describe these bikes to people with no vision, up until the day I got it, no one saw the beauty except me. All the pictures in the books and on the web and none of them get the point across like looking at it in the bright sunlight. It's everything I expected it to be. I think parking it where I can watch the people walking by it is almost as much fun as the ride to get it there. I know all of my fellow XB riders out there know what I mean. Thanks guys for letting me Shout out to the world how happy I am that I didn't settle for one of those in-line 4's that EVERYONE else is riding!!! |

The Cherry Bomb is sweet! But no dealers in the Atlanta area would sell me one below MSRP ... so I went with the Orange 2006 leftover for $2100 below sticker ... Either way ... all the translucents look great! Congrats on the Bomb!

Sandra Lara did that artwork when I started racing Novice. My XB was bone stock except tires and racing it in heavyweight was tough against the litrebikes - so that's what that cartoon represented. She also did a fundraising image for our cornwerworkers: I didn't do the artwork but she is an excellent artist and also a sportbike rider |

Now if I can only get my dealer to stock some accessories! Welcome - and yeah, the lack of accessories and the lack of service are often what has forced many of us to travel a bit to a dealer who DOES support Buells! |
