Just curious... I got mine up to 120. I can't see this bike even nearing 150-160. Anyone ever pinned it to see what it'll do? |

120 and climbing without bags, but I ran out of room. I've had all three bags on since and it will hit 115 at about the time it becomes an aerodynamic pig. |

I'm seeing an average of about 118-120. That's not too bad. Any faster is really a deathwish. I know when i was going for it, i was laying on my tank like a barco-lounger. I have this perfect 3 mile long stretch on my way to work every day, that has no lights, no cops, especially at 6am, and no traffic whatsoever. This makes it all too inviting to give the throttle a whack and flirt with adrenaline. I'm not a speed junkie by any means, but it's all too easy to shut off the conservative side of my brain, and go. Etennuly, I have noticed a helluva lotta drag with the saddle cases on, especially in heavy winds. Fair trade I suppose, a little drag or convenient storage for my lunch. |

Yeah, lunch, rain gear, ratchet straps, hat, gloves, sweatshirt, weapon of choice, bottled drink, map, shield cleaner, paper towels, seat sun cover towel, cargo web, small truck tools, small truck parts, camera, estimate clip board, pens, extra face shield. And I still have room to pack clothes and shoes for an over night trip. Cruising at 100 mph with the bags loaded is not a problem, it just gets unstable at about 110+. |

120 indicated on the NASCAR front straight at Nashville Superspeedway. That was wide open in 5th gear...not much left. I didn't have a GPS mounted, so I don't know what the actual speed was. She ain't got much up top. |

I've had no problems charging right up to the rev limiter in 5th. Last time I took a quick peak I was around 130 indicated so Birdman sounds close to me. |

0.156 Mach, with sidecases. Maybe I was going very fast, or maybe it was just very cold outside; I'm not going to state which. |

I guess I need to add that that was with bags since I never remove mine. I was actually surprised at the the pull the bike still had on top. The upwards pressure coming off the frame and airbox cover was extremely fierce though. |

120 with bags, two up. (wife wasn't to thrilled) 135 solo no bags. No GPS yet so no idea what the real speeds are. |

120 with topcase on, then i just did open airbox and now its 123 still with topcase. It feels too scary at that speed, i am gonna try again with something other than the dunlop. |

Got my first speeding ticket this past weekend on the Uly. 68mph in a 55mph zone. Petty! At $160, the punishment does not fit the crime. Watch your speed on Rt. 81 outside of Beloit,WI. It was a good day of riding though. The Buell demo truck was at Kutter H-D in Monroe,WI. I rode them all. The STT was nice, But the Uly is still the best bike in the lineup, IMHO. |

Ok you're all busted and I get to confiscate all your bikes! LOL! I've gone 124 uphill with bags and that's all it had. Guess I'm busted too.....It was funny because the rest of the pack besides the guy I was chasing got pulled over behind us. We slipped off on a side road only to be chastized by the pack after the LEO let them go! Got lucky on that one! One more P.O.d LEO now looking for Uly riders....LOL! BC Steve |

215 Flat-OUT with not a Drop of Power Left.. that's 133 MPH. (if the Dials are Accurate) Lotta Long Straight roads up ere in the Northern Territory. Bike has Race ECM, Jardine, Free Breathin Pod Filter and a Lead-Wristed Pilot, so it Regularly Cruises round 180kph or 112mph Cheers N x |

Treadmarks: You have roads with no traffic in Miami? It only appears so to Treadmarks. In fact, they have all been vaporized by the death ray. There does seem to be a lot of smoke an ash, though. Now we know what is happening. |
