That's hard to believe. Glad we have the Good Samaritan law here. It's just a shame that there is a need for a law to dictate what the right thing to do would be in that situation.

I'm hoping most people kept going because it was so obvious the guy was dead (i.e. blood and guts in the roadway maybe). As for the truck driver, I wonder if he even knew he ran over the moped?

In some parts of Michigan someone would have called his name in to the police, after going through his wallet. Sad sad day.
