Anyone know a retailer that does DirectLink tuning on Buells here in UK?

Spoke to a few dealerships to get prices and they all want to stick remus modules on instead......

any help appreciated! ; )

Maz Matsell an independant Buell specialist near Manchester uses the Direct Link software. As far as I know, he doesn't retail it though. I think you'll have to buy it from Al Lighton at American Sportbike. You'll have no problems dealing with Al, he's a good guy.

Just a note on that...Directlink will reset the TPS only for the ECM that the DL key is locked to. VDSTS will reset the TPS for any Buell connected to it. VDSTS is the more comprehensive Diagnostic package, but it doesn't do mapping. DL does mapping and some basic tests and diagnostics (i.e., real time monitoring of operating parameters and TPS/AFV resets), but it only does the reset functions on the key unlocked ECM.

just wanna say the amount of knowledgeable feedback & offers of help i have received on this website is fantastic!! thanks all ; )

am going to see call Maz on Tues and see if they can do me a DL setup with micron / ultimate airbox combo (prob from Trojan Horse)....
will let you know how i get on ; )

A positive experience I trust? Nobody in the UK knows more about Buells. Including inside HD/BUK.
