My 2004 xb12S has 15,000 on it with absolutely no problem with it. Runs better then ever! The more miles you put on these bikes, the better they run. Best motorcycle i have ever had! |

06 XB9SX 10K in 8 months. Not the most, but I did ride every day through the NW winter, (except for 5 days when we had the ICE!) |

25,000 miles and just replaced a weeping base gasket. Now it runs smoother and quieter than ever. Smokescreen |

11,000 05 XB12Scg I agree. She runs better now than she did when she was new. I've had no major problems. The bike is bulletproof. |

FDI3, says that you changed your belt a few times. Are you using the original 2003 belt or did you upgrade to the bigger belt? Have you ever changed the sprockets too? |

Rd3501: According to my maintenance records (Ft_bstrd, you keep quiet! ), I have replaced my belt twice: once at 15.5K and again at 39K. Both of these belts were the original 03 (Gates) design, but with the upgraded 03 belt. I have not upgraded the belt to the 04+ (Goodyear) design. I have not replaced my sprockets. |

9000 on my 04XB12S. Runs better than when she was new. Even feels like it's more powerful. Thinking about my 10K service and new tires soon. Gonna have fun roastin the old tires off! Crappy Dunflops. 2nd set but they were dirt cheap and you get what you pay for! Pilot Powers next. |
