Danny, Use stock friction disks or better than Barnett try a set of Alto disks. The biggest difference you can make is to toss the spring plate or whatever it is called. Looks like two steel plates with flat springs riveting the two together. This spring plate assy was designed to ensure smooth progressive clutch engagement. It is not necessary and has a record of breaking apart and causing problems when it does. Anyway throw it out and you now have room to add an additional friction disk and an additional steel disk. If you are making more than 120hp at the wheel then you might want to replace your clutch spring with a heavy duty Barnett spring. Don't use the Barnett spring if you don't have to because it is very stiff to operate. Good Luck, Kent |
