These are a pair of Black Leather Overpants with side zippers down each leg. The are designed to wear over a pair of jeans. I paid over $100 for them and just don't wear them. They have been on just one ride. I am 6'-3" and 190 lbs with a 33" waist. These are plenty long for me and could be trimmed if you are shorter. They are size 38, which is two sizes bigger then what I normally wear (to fit over jeans).

I will sell them for $50 plus shipping.

No, they are lined with some silky nylon stuff. It makes them slide on and off pretty easily.
