Im looking for CT bueller's. Mainly ones in and around the Fairfield county area. We are looking to put together a riding club possably based out of Danbury hd/Buell and are looking for ideas on names and im also looking for a head count on who would be interested in joining. Im sure Trac95ker will be interested. Im sure there will be gatherings and group rides and we will probably hook up with the Hudson Valley crew and tear it up. But it all has to start with a Name. So throw out some ideas and tell me what the deal is. Hope to here from ya. STREETDEMON PS: POP a wheelie!!! |

Ha streetdemon I'm in Newtown also... surprised I haven't noticed your bike in town, LOL. I am Buell-less though(well for now anyways), so not sure I could join a Buell riding club LOL. I guess I could put some Buell stickers on my GS500 nekkid. (Message edited by johnny5 on April 17, 2007) |

Cool Nick, so are you definitely becoming a Bueller on Saturday?? I'm jealous... LOL. They have an SCG for a good price that got me started on the whole Buell lust... |

Danbury has a nice selection of bikes with some left over 06' models. I'll be there nice and early on Saturday morning. I'm not one to spend much time haggling so after I decide between the XB9 and the XB12; I'll check in with all the contacts at the other dealers and go from there. |

Nick, to bad we're not near the Florida dealer that posted the '06 models they're trying to move in the classified section. Seems like some great deals there... Damn I wish I had some more cash... I'm absolutely jonesing to upgrade my bike... |

a shipping company can bring one up here for around $350, or fly down and ride it back. I would and in fact I'm going to look in to it. also, don't worry about not having enough cash; http://www.buell.com/en_us/promos/0down_spring/inp age.asp |

Saturday for me is tough but Sunday sounds like it would be lots of fun .... Never been to Marcus Dairy. How would I go about getting their from the Milford area? Maybe we can all meet up Sunday morning for breakfast somewhere on the way?? Talking about dealers....The one thing that just gets under my skin is that I have Bridgeport HD 5min from my house and the Brandford HD about 15min away and neither one of them will service my bike!! Because of that I have to travel 45min or more to get it serviced. I wanted a set of new tires put on the bike and the Bridgeport HD service guy tells me "the only way they would do it is if I brought the rims in, minus the bike"....then they would do it. How sad is that......... |

nick, if you want to pick up the bike ON SAT i recommend going down there Thursday or friday to pick out your bike. they are very busy on sat. and may not have enough time to prep the bike for you to take it. The people in Danbury are very accomodating and im sure they will do every thing they can to help you,but im just giving you a heads up to ensure you can get it on Sat. When you go in there, talk to JC. He is really cool. He would be the black guy with glasses. They are open till 8:00 on thursdays, if that helps you. I hang there on a regular so ill probably see you there. Tell him Bill sent you. |

Nick, you'll have to be buying a bike from HD of Danbury on Sat for that, LOL. speeddemon I'll have to look out for your bike in town when I'm putting around now... I'm on an orange/black naked GS500. Churms, the Merritt to 25 North to 84 west is easiest as streetdemon says... but if you are closer to the Orange side you could also take Rt 34 South thru Derby and then hop on 84 right in Newtown, I actually like taking my bike that route. My wife works on Sat and Sundays so looks like I can't make the Dairy... (Message edited by johnny5 on April 18, 2007) |
