New12r, Cool man thanks. I'll give you a call this evening. Stealth, yeah, that's a bit steep for injectors. Give a call to your local BMW dealer and ask how much for a set is for an R1150R, if they need a year model I guess 2003 will do. |

Dave, Check your rim for balance weights to make sure one didn't fall off. You were'nt headed back from the pub when the bike started feeling "funny" by chance were you? |

quick question on those axle sliders... race ready or no? they don't do ya any good if yer changin' a tire. go for them anyway for the clearance? Sanchez -- about the guardrail.... |

You were'nt headed back from the pub when the bike started feeling "funny" by chance were you? Headed home from New12r's...so I guess it could be close to the same. Felt more loose than anything else, that's why the first thing I checked was the tire pressure. race ready or no? Ready I suppose, I don't race though. Keith (from Darkhorse) uses them when he races. they don't do ya any good if yer changin' a tire. They don't, but I use a rear stand for that. They are for protection more than anything else. |

YEah, Viki6, I'm interested in riding Sunday AM if you guys can put up with me being a, as Kdan says, "Pokey". I have a lot going on right now so I really won't know until maybe even as late as Saturday afternoon. The plumber is coming Friday so I have no idea what is going to come of that. What time are you guys thinking of heading up 400 and where/when would you want to meet? |

Something like that Glitch! I want a full body on the dragon. Would prefer blue and grey as the colors. Something with a mountain of skulls underneath the talons or a smokescreen surrounding a dragon wrapped around a shield. I have lots of ideas, just no time to pursue them! Smokescreen |

Smokescreen -- gimme a call if ya get a chance. quick question about fitting with this corbin seat. i've got it on, but the rubber baby buggy bumpers are bumpin' into my subframe. it won't sit flush, so i'm decidin' whether to cut them down or not... i've already shimmed up the loop that goes in the lock to make it latch. did you have any issues like that with yours? by the way....Squidly and I are headed to the V tonight. anybody else? |

Xbullet, No problems with fitting on my xb. The rubber bumpers have rubbed through the paint on the subframe but they have "settled" and haven't done much else. Is yours brand new? If so then your just gonna have to work it in place. It has to learn the bike's shape. They aren't exact so you may have to do some modding. Oh yeah, by the way, keep your stock seat. Corbin specifically states their seats are not for use in inclement weather. They will not warranty anything they consider "inclement". Hope that helps ya out. If not give me a shout here at the shop. Smokescreen |

Bambi -- Squidly is my little brother on the green 636. he rode with us back in january up the ballground rollercoaster. he's not on badweb, that's just the name i like to rib him with. that's what big brothers are for. i was proud of him today though. he broke lose in a corner on our lunchbreak and kept his head and saved it. there was a lot of tiresmoke and sliding, but he pulled through with nothin' more than a cinched up seat sucker. all those hours on dirtbikes saved his scrawny hide!} Corbin specifically states their seats are not for use in inclement weather. always with the fine print... thanx for the warning and the insight, smoke. |
