Thought this rather bold custom S1 might be enjoyed by some on the BadWeB. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BUELL-S1-LIGHTNING-NITROUS-S TREETFIGHTER-SPECIAL_W0QQitemZ160104969082QQcatego ryZ122166QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Rocket |

That's got the makin's of one exceedingly bitchin' motorcycle! Who are those 'P.E.S.T. Engineering' people - anyone know? They appear to know their way around the machine shop! That's some beautiful work there - LOVE that swingarm & the rearsets! Thanks Rocket, for bringing the bike to our attention! AL |

I hope he gets more interest towards selling, otherwise I fear I might fancy calling him if he were to break it as he says he might. Never heard of P.E.S.T. either. Rocket |

That is an incredible freakin' bike. Gorgeous except for that strange box at the tail. I want the hand controls... |

interesting scoot -- not entirely sold on the oilbag in the tail section, but most riders (including me) would never notice the high polar moment of inertia wonder why they're trying to move it before it's done? |

That's gone well beyond streetfighter and is squarely in the tough looking show queen realm. |

That's got some amazing bits on it, but the "85% finished" aspect makes me think of some of the brilliant people I've met who can't quite finish anything before they lose interest and start something else. Of course we don't know if the person putting the bike together is the one who made the nice bits. |

Did PEST used to be known as Polygon Engineering? They did a few swing arms and stuff for Buells in the tube frame days. I recall them being a bit like Spondon but less expensive. |

That's an interesting thought Steve. I rang the owner and left voice mail. As of yet he's not replied. Rocket (Message edited by rocketman on April 17, 2007) |

Good one Steve. I heard they folded several years ago. Nice to see you can't keep a good company down, lol. Rocket |
