Saw this on another website. Take your music device, hit shuffle all, and tell us what are the first ten songs that show up. At the risk of dying from fatal embarassment, I'll start and provide what showed up on mine (unedited). In my ear – Toad the Wet Sprocket Big Wave – Pearl Jam The Hanging Garden – The Cure Jupiter Crash – The Cure Severed Hand – Pearl Jam Christmas Day – Dido Piano & I – Alicia Keys Perfect Time of Day – Howie Day Aquarius/Let the Sun Shine In - 5th Dimension We Both Reached for the Gun – Chicago Soundtrack Yes, my Zune selection is pretty schizophrenic! |

Funny, I was thinking "gay and bipolar". S'okay, though. I've been known to listen to some George Michael, Michael Jackson, and Richard Marx from time to time... in between my Nickelback, Sirius Area 33, and Italian symphonic speed metal. ~SM |

"Gay and Bipolar" LOL! I kept hoping "My Checmical Romance", AFI, Fall Out Boy, or Queenryche would come up, but no, I get show tunes. Funny story. I have an autocom and listen to music while I ride. I was on a road trip with friends (with two way radios) railing through some curves in S. Missouri. My friend Shannon was following me, watching me bobbing my head to what was clearly some kind of heavy metal, curve-shredding, red mist filled, rage sparking music. "Charles, What are you listening to up there?" comes his voice. The words met in the middle of my skull. Long silence. "Charles?" More silence "Let's have it" SO I TOLD HIM! "Supercalifragilistickexpealidocious" Yes, I was caught headbanging to freaking Mary Poppins. Thank you, I can never visit this board again. You're not going to take my bike away, are you? |

If I had an I-POD type of device this is what might be the top 10 of a random mixed scramble : (currently listening to CD’s on a portable player, so call me a dinosaur of sorts) On the road again – Canned Heat Pride & Joy – Stevie Ray Vaughn Strollin' with Bones – T-Bone Walker Seven Comes Eleven – Jim Hall Black Gold – Phil Upchurch Rock Steady – Eric Gale Impressions – Wes Montgomery On Broadway – George Benson The Days of Wine and Roses – Joe Pass A Man ain’t supposed to cry – Henry Johnson And since I don’t recognize most all of the stuff others have posted I guess I’ll just crawl back into my cave for a bit. ‘scuse me now, George Thorogood is playing One Bourbon One Scotch One Beer …… ( I might need a little Coltrane or Getz before the morning is over... ) |

Skipping the non-music, here's my unedited list: The Howling - Rich Mullins A Part: Foreverandever Etc - David Crowder Band Salvation Army Band - Phil Keaggy My Everything - Fusebox An Honest Confession - Haste the Day Knowing You - Passion (live compilation) Billy Brown - Third Day Disconnecktie - Norma Jean Look at Little Sister - Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble I See You - Rich Mullins I guess that's the downside of having 30gb of storage for music, you fill it up with everything you can find. I've heard of all the artists on my "top 10" list, but I only know 4 songs on that list. |
