Wolferidgerider - One of the best inventions I ever bought was a camping espresso maker! It makes one tiny little cup of espresso and takes up less space than my nalgene water bottle. Uses little water and believe me, if you need more than two cups of that in the morning to jumpstart the heart, you got bigger issues. I think it was less than $20 and I've seen them at a few outfitters. Take it from a coffee addict. |

It's still snowing?! I really feel for y'all. While I was thinking about y'all getting snow this time of year, I tried to find an extended forecast for the Suches area. No luck. What I did find was averages for the area.
Hopefully we'll be on the high end of the average temps. |

I just looked up the Ten-Day forecast for Suches on the Weather Channel. 69°F High - 45°F Low for the 27th. I can live with it, cool enough to be comfortable in gear - Warm enough for the tires to stick. |

Warm enough for the tires to stick. That's all I'm worried about! |

That's all I'm worried about! Yo BeanPole! If you weighed more than 120lbs, that wouldn't be a problem. My tires stick like frickin velcro, before I'm even out of my driveway.

THE BELT BROKE ON MY ULY!!! I should have it fixed in time to head to March Badness but what a BUMMER!! It only had 9200 miles on it. I have started a new thread about it but I guess I needed to cry a little more!! The bike is loaded on the trailer so I can drop it off at the dealer tomorrow just in time for the warmer weather |

For the thrusday arrivals: I am going to bring my grill part from my charcoal grill and use it on the fire pit with some charcoal for cooking thrusday night. Figure I would bring myself a steak and taters fer eatin'. All are welcome to join me for dinner at the cafe' La Raton. Where the fire is warm, and the beer aint. 9 days, 23 hours, 35 minutes until my scheduled departure. |

Fellas, Just want to check on something I read in an earlier post (and probably couldn't find it if I tried!). Is someone bringing their VDSTS software and laptop with them to Badness? I'm in dire need of a proper TPS reset and trying to work something out before I ride down next week, but if I can't make that happen I'm hoping to resolve it at Suches. Any help is appreciated, Scott |

I got my new shock! Now it's just a matter of figuring out how it bolts on there. Should have it done tomorrow evening, just in time for a short ride. I also test packed:
I'm not entirely pleased. I'm testing my soft saddle bags too. |

Mikef, same deal to you as was offered to Wolf, I can carry your stuff down/back in my truck/trailer if you want to ship it to me...I'm near Altoona, PA, so shipping shouldn't be that bad. |
