Don't ride extremely hard mostly commute back and forth to work. Need a new set of tires that won't brake the bank. Thanks for any input |

I am guessing that your M2 takes the same tires as my XB, but depending upon your need, I would go with the pirelli special that is going on right now, buy the rear and get the front for just the price of freight, combined my expense is 200-210 plus mounting for what appears to be an excellent tire, both for commuting plus the twisty's there is a link in this section on the diablo Corsca III. if you need help finding it, I will try to attach. I'm a little late but; Your M2, or any tube frame Buell that doesn't have the Performance Machine wheels will be running a 170/60 rear tire. This will somewhat limit your tire choices. I run Pilot Powers on my M2, and I love them. I would like to run the new Pilot Power 2CT, but they are not available in 170. Do not try to squeeze a wider tire on a rim that is too narrow for it because it will change the profile of the tire and make the handling suck. |

Well, how wide are the non-PM Marchensi rims found on tube frame bikes? Anyone? |
