Beer is going fine. The lager may even be ready. SG is still a bit high. Lagers take forever. Since it is almost done, I'm letting it warm up a bit to finish and let the yeast reabsorb the diacetyl. It should really be left to age a few more weeks, but what the hell. |

ALL MUD BUG EATERS! I am pushing the shindig 2 weeks. My bug supplier will be in Pueto rico next weekend and the brewery (HOOTS) will be closed the next weekend. So 04-07-07 Is what it looks like now. COOL? By the way, is Blake gonna make it? 4 - 4.5 hrs door to door Blake. |

I sure do enjoy boiled crawfish. Schedule is the problem. Might be a good excuse to escape the homestead for a long weekend with the missus. Any interesting bed and breakfast type establishments in the area? |

Ok Houston, I will be needing a head count on who will be coming to mi casa on 4/07/07 for mud bugs. There will be shrimp, burgers and what nots on the grill also. Function will commence around 1300 and end when you leave. JEFF you can come before then with the beer to make sure it's GOOOOD and cold. |

2hrs 45 min. from Ennis to my house. Could shoot down, be here by early afternoon on Sat. eat a late lunch (bugs-n-such) and be back at the outlaws/inlaws by dinner????Got the goods on order. Sorry, cant push the event anymore. Guess we will see ya again in April at RT's house? if ya cant make it to mine. |
