According to page 5 on the latest Fuell mag they say that Buell will establish an owner community on buell.com. That would seem to do the same thing as BadWeb. I just wonder if they would try to screen complaints or be just as open as this great forum is. I wonder what the pro's and con's of a Buell sponsored online forum will be and how the inception of it will impact BadWeb. Thoughts???? |

I don't think it's any different than VW's Vortex website. When I had a VW, I went there as well as the Clubb5.com website. I frequent BW as well as ADVRider.com. It'll just be another option. Do you really think you would give up THIS community just because another is created? |

By the way . . . www.buell.com will never compete with badweb or have similar functionality. Uhhh. . . . they had an "open owner forum" where you could post, just like Badweb, at one time. Any of you recall when or what happened? Suffice to say . . . lessons learned. Frankly, they get everything they need from badweb with very limited exposure for the scant sum of sharing a bit of info that is basically public anyway . . . see the recent recall list. There have been two folks hired and tasked with doing some new things. . . slow start but reason for optimism. Look, in the next Fuell, for some more fun stuff. |

Out of Fuell? Update your online profile on buell.com or this could be your last issue. If you already have an online profile you must update it with your owner information (VIN#) to continue receiving Fuell. Simply log in from the Owners page, click on "OWNERS PROFILE," and fill in your missing information. Just sayin'. |

LOL, they would never create an open forum.....or if they did it would not last long. Why? Because, if they did, they would really have to answer questions. |

Just got my Fuell mag the other day. I like the new look! Before it looked just like HOG Tails and the Enthusiast Magazines. Just glorified ads with tm or R after every H-D patended name used in the articles. I liked the race team stories in this issue. Also the Uly segment showing a bike with, gasp! aftermarket handgaurds and lights. The website will never compete with the Badweb community, but BMC has a much better website then they used to. I think canning BRAG will turn out to be a good thing to. I am thinking of starting a group in my neck of the woods. 2 new Uly riders have been talking to me regularly and I'm pumped to do some dual sporting with them. Tim |

Court says, " Stay tuned. Change is in the wind. " When will these winds of change arrive?? Sounds refreshing, but always on the horizon.... |

I haven't received the Fuell mag. either. My profile is current, too. I do get emails from Buell, though. Did anyone get the free knitted Buell hat that's listed on the Buell site? |

I signed up through the website...I actually signed up for BRAG as an individual when I bought my used S3T and received Fuell for 4 months before it stopped coming. Let's see if it starts back up. |

Me either....my profile is current. I've bought two brand new Buells in the last 4 years so you'd think they would know by now that I'm a good customer but I've never gotten any e-mails from them or free stuff. My dealer never seems to have the free stuff by the time I get around to asking them. I don't go to the dealer very often. I'm too busy working and riding. I'm still a little ticked at not getting one of the signed windscreens even though my Uly was the first one in the SF Bay area. I do love the bikes but I sometimes feel left out of the loop when it comes to promotional stuff and being recognised as a true advocate for Buell products. Sorry for the rant. BC Steve |

I have not gotten my mag yet either and my profile is current as well. I always seemed to be one of the last ones to get a copy though. I did get the free caps when I bought my wife a Blast a few weeks back. I used it under my flip up helmet teaching MSF last weekend and it fit the bill perfectly when it was started at 19 degrees and made it up to 32 by lunch time. The logo is not printed on center though and it drives me nuts. |

Got my hat also and the logo is not on center either. Oh well. I have three dealers relatively close. Can I visit all three and get three hats? |

The more that Buell can do to provide added value to us the better. But I wouldn't characterize the factory folks contributions to our little community on the web here or related goings on in the real world as anything like "scant." I'd characterize it closer to "priceless." But I may be a little biased. |

>>>>I'd characterize it closer to "priceless." But I may be a little biased. That's an accurate statement. I've received 3 substantial shipments from Wisconsin this week, for further transfer on to Buell Customers. Buell is doing an incredible job of listening to and responding to it's customers. I'd go so far as to say that during the last year I've witnessed 6 of the greatest and most impressive "light years beyond what we HAD to do" customer service efforts. The motorcycle is unique. . . the company more so. Court |
