I just signed up for a track day at Pocono in Sept through the Buell website trackdays. Cost was 100 bucks for the day. It's being held on a Thursday but it will only be 1 day off from work as the track is 4 hours away. Drive down on Wednesday night and drive home that Thursday.

Too far ahead right now for me to plan.I'm just trying to make MB-IV happen.I posted about staying in nearby Murphy NC because i don't exactly know if i'll be travelling with you guys'.And i NEED a good bed/shower when i arrive down there.The Hudson valley guys' are seemingly haphazard in their planning.They don't know how many are staying with them.I'd wish for a head count to see if there's room for us all.We may end up with 15+ men in a cabin made for 10 at the most...I'm not up for that..So i've been searching the nearby motels.Holiday Inn express has two locations just this side of the NC border.At,like,$98/ night for a suite,comfort is guaranteed....Most of all i WOULD like to travel with you guys',but i need to pick up Kevin in D.C. |

Well...i agree too,certainly.But,we'll need to find a way to stop by D.C. What do you guys' think of the Hudson Valley guys' accomodations? Do you feel there's enough room? The RV sounds most excellent,we could stay right AT T.W.O. Or something.I'm not bailing on you guys'.I DO want to be certain we've got accomodations.This is a big event for me. |

look here Mr Rookie traveler......... don't worry about accommodations or how we are getting there. DC is right on the way down to GA. Eric and I will take care of us and your nephew.
As far as where the HV guys are staying.... I don't think me or Eric are going to be staying there. We want to be where everyone is hanging at. I have plenty of camping gear for two people to sleep in their own tents if it has to come down to that but I want to avoid that if I can.
If I can get the RV then we can all sleep in that and share the gas $$$. I believe that it has towing capabilities but I have to check. |

I am planning on doing quite a few trackdays at Loudon this year. Check out tonystrackdays.com for their schedule. I will likely be doing the tuesday dates. I am also looking at doing a 2 day panguin school on June 12th and 13th. The 12th is my birthday. |

but that tire just doesn't look right on your bike without a big white stripe down the middle of it. 
just dropped off my stuff at the powdercoater. He said that he should have it done by the weekend. Also my wave rotors were sitting on my doorstep when I got home from work last night......... man do they look SWEET!!!!
I'll probably start tearing the bike down this Sunday to get it ready for MBIV.
All that's left for now is to order a set of CRG Shorty's and a Muller power clutch. Found the Muller for $145 delivered and the CRG's for $180 delivered. Anyone know where I can get them cheaper??? |

Hey guys, how have you all been? Did anyone go riding on Saturday? I went for a quick 50 mile blast around a couple towns by me just to stay local incase the cold got to me. It was a real sandy/salty mess. I was sliding all over the place even know I was taking it slow, but I guess Friday night they sanded because of black ice. Before I got home I thought I was doing a good job staying out of the melting snow and puddles, But I got home and looked over my bike to see it was covered in sand and salt. Especially my tail light and license plate and my Back. haha I guess the cheese grater actually had a purpose.
well it was good to get the blood flowing again in the beast. And now I cant wait for some warmer weather. |

HEY!!!!sup fellas?? Eric you R outa control wit them bottles oh, btw...I may be in on PA trip I just got an email from Buell about it looks cool but not sure if I can hang, I might just watch on the side lines...I don't think there are any trees or bushes to catch my fall there. |

Ducxl...can you make some type of a static balancer at the shop? I can not do balancing. I would like to be able to and was even thinking a cheapy on ebay.... will see once i get my cash flow situated again.
Wanna plan to do it on Tuesday after work? I have a couple of "honey do" things to do

Hey Ducxl........ what's up man??? calling my trailer a piece of shit were ya??? our buddy Eric ratted you out man
I know you were busting my balls that night about the trailer being flimsy but I was thinking about something the other day.
WTF do you know about trailering a bike?? I seem to remember you telling me that you've only left NE twice in your life. LOL
There's nothing wrong with the trailer, although it could use some rails and to beef it up a little more. I already have the steel to beef it up and 1" square tube to make the rails with. I'm going to be welding it up next weekend if any of you guys want to come by and check it out.
