Cool, thanks! That helps a bit. Mostly I needed to see the angle the brackets are running. Its tough to get that belly pan on by yourself, trying to fit it around the exhaust and get it up where it meets the side panels. But I'm getting there. |

All right Lucas! I got the major mock-up done! The body kit is on, I gotta do a little more trimmin' around the exhaust outlet. To be honest, I'm a bit nervous about the heat, since the belly pan does sit a bit close to the muffler if you ask me. Once I get that last bit of trimmin' done, I'm off to paint! A couple questions on the paint end of it. Everyone recommends "adhesion promoter", I plan on using "Bulldog". Did you use it between each coat? Did you prime before painting the plastics? Did you use the adhesion promoter both under and over the primer? Did you clear your bike over the top of everything? Just tryin' to get a grasp on how liberal to be with the adhesion promoter. I can't wait to get goin' on the paint! |

I went by the directions on the can. Spray light coats of the bull dog, and then primer then, then next the paint I wet sanded between every coat. |
