I've got a very cheap helmet cam that I'll be attatching to the front of my bike under the headlight. It's crappy, but it's all I've got... Unless I can fab up a mount for my real video camera... Hmmmmmmmm, maybe the next fun project on the bike. We'll see. |

Ramon, I may take a few of those elements. Nice work. Only thing is, I've got to keep it extra simple, as in only two colors, the color of the shirt being one color. Maybe three colors if I can get them done cheap enough. I've got to have the design in real soon. I'll post the final design asap. |

Flyor- I was at Ansbach (Katterbach) from '94-'97 with 2-1 Avn flying UH-60's. We went to Bosnia with 6-6 CAV for 7 months in '95-'96. Beer at MBIV for certain!! Toona- glad to hear you're making it! You can leave all the snow on Bellwood Mountain though! I'll be there for sure. 3rd year in a row now....... |

Odie, since ya won't stop and visit me I guess I'll get to meet you at MB! I haven't made up my mind, but if I bring my stock can, do you have a way to get it home, provided I decide to change my muffler? |

has anyone ever tried one of those disposable digital camcorder/recorders you can get from CVS/RiteAid? you get about 25 mins out of it. I was considering just strapping one of those to the front or side of my bike for a ride or 2 |

you get about 25 mins out of it. I've tried one, sold it after I hacked it. Go to this website to turn your disposable into a re-usable. http://camerahacks.10.forumer.com/index.php The quality is...well...I guess it's ok. Not much better than ok. I had more fun hacking it, than I did using it. |

Go to this website to turn your disposable into a re-usable. Glitch - thanks for the link. That will be a fun hack to try. I figured the quality will be pretty poor on a bike, worse as speed increases, but I've never had any kind of camera on my bike so this should work as a decent starting point...besides, I'm too chicken to start messing with my real camera |

Don't mount it on your bike! Trust me on this. Put some velcro on the back of the camera, and on your jacket, or helmet. It'll give you a much more steady picture. Mounted to the bike will not work, there is not a steady enough place on the bike. The camera either will not work, or the picture will do funny things that won't be worth watching. |

I keep pushing the snow out of the bed of my truck and "attempting" to remove as much as I can from my driveway. But I think loading my bike is still going to be a bear. I'm ready to do some riding!! |

Sounds like it would be a bear of a job. I've had troubles in the rain trying to get a bike up a slippery board. I can only imagine trying in the snow and ice, *I'm so glad I only have to imagine!* I'm ready to do some riding!! Me too, but I think I'm going to wait another day, today we've got winds up 30mph. I don't feel like being pushed around the road by the wind! |

Toona- we may get up home this year at some point. I will definitely stop by if we do. Wifes' mom is thinking of selling the farm in Coalport. Too much work for her by herself. All she does is mow grass anymore! I am driving the Superduty with the bike in the back so I will have a way to get your pipe home. See you soon!!! |

We may have a Pre-Badness run this weekend. There are a few of us ready to head up and run a loop or two. Depending on when we finish our task. I'm thinking I may just go ahead and take mine apart, so that when you get here, we'll be half way with one bike. |

curiousity ques for the admins... What's the highest number of posts for any single thread on this board? what was the thread about? This one is at 1040-ish which is the highest I think I've seen...but I'd say there must be higher |

curiousity ques for the admins... I'll check in to it later on this morning. I'm pretty sure this isn't the longest thread, although it may just be the longest Buell related thread. Political threads tend to be very long, and grow very fast. I would also be willing to bet this is the longest thread that remained friendly throughout. |
