This bike does have a few scrapes which you'll see in the pics but has never been downed on the road moving. The ones on the left side is from my neighbor loosening the strap while on a trailor and it falling over. Yeah pretty stupid that he didn't wait for me. The underseat is cracked alittle and the right side were the bolt screws in. I don't know how they came to be but It was like that when I purchased the bike. I think $3500 is a great deal and set for a quick sell. The title is clean. If I can't get that price I'm going to part it out. The bike runs great. I haven't rode it at all but I did buy a new battery and had it serviced less than 10 miles ago which was about 8 months ago or so. I purchased this bike with 18,000 in Feb of 2005. The miles on the bike right now is 19,467. Here are the mods. The prices are purchased prices. Thanks for looking. WOW! I'd love to add that to my garage. It's just not in the cards right now. I'm only allowed 1 bike every couple of years. This year's purchase was a dedicated track bike. |

I'm watching it, dude. I look at it every day. Here's my issue. I want it. I'm still trying to find out what it would cost to either fix or replace the damaged parts. Plus, I am looking at seeing what I can do to scrape some money together and if that is even a possiblity. Believe me, we're watching it. There are some of us out here that would like it. Plus, there's the cost of shipping. This is just more money that has to be brought up. I don't think that it's that people don't like your bike. We do. I'm in love with it, but it's finances vs. possible cost for fix or replace. Ya know? Thanks. Mark |

Theres not really alot to fix. Yes the cosmetic parts but I think they're more superficial. I'm going to take a buffer to it and take some better pictures and post them up. Thanks for the interest. |

The damage is mostly superficial and the S-2 bodywork is prone to stress cracks in alot of spots. The biggest negative I see is the absence of the stock carbon fiber air cleaner cover.3000.00 is more on the mark. |

Curses Batman!!! If I wasn't going to be in Iraq for the next six months I'd take it off your hands. No chance you'd hold on to it 'til Sept when I'll be back in the world with money to burn? Pete |

OK so what is your point posting in my thread? I'm glad you got one for $1500. Why don't you point out where they can find one for that price since there is no other reason for you post here. (Message edited by 97s1 on February 22, 2007) |

I bought one a couple years ago for $5500!! And paid $500 to get it shipped. Hey, I'm all about being able to find a great deal but come on these S2's are great bikes! There is no reason this thing shouldn't bring $3500 - no reason. (Just my .02 - not that anyone really wanted to hear it). |

Any idea what shipping would be to Maryland / 21702? Beautiful bike...it'd make a nice match to my white/white/white S1W |
