I've been cosidering doing that to my airbox... I've got a friend that has a flat black Kuryakyn like that... I really think it would look cool  . Yikes... From the rear view it looks like your thigh would sit right on the engine in a straight line, and while leaning off you'd pretty well be hooking the engine with your knee... That thing is bad ass! Love the Shelby Mustang blue w/white stripes paint combo. The intake butterflies on top of the air box is trick as hell! Thanks for reposting! | ||

Kuryakyns rattle to much for my taste. A friend of mine has one on his S1, rattles loud as hell. | ||

Hey, if I had $30,000+ to throw away, THIS is the bike I would own instead of a Buell. You just don't get much sleeker than the Wakan. I'd put a slightly larger flyscreen on it (can you even call the stocker a screen?), and I'd get the ruby red one. BEAUTIFUL bike, sexy as they come! ~SM | ||

It is a beautiful machine. I think I was the one to last post about it a few months back... if they can bring down the cost from 35K to around the cost of a Buell I would buy one. I'm sure it would come down if they can establish their dealer network and start cranking out more of them... that is if they really want to or keep it more of an unobtainable machine that most people can never own. I love how the engine is entirely exposed and the wheels are very nice. Would want the racing muffler as pictured above over the street version. And I would want them to produce a passenger capable version. They could hide the fuel filler underneath a flip up seat. Nice, but 30gs!? Looks like an over priced Buell to me! A Ducati Monster S4 isn't even close to that price and is wayyyy meaner! |
