Ive seen led lights on the passenger pegs but my question is how would I wire them up? is there a certain type to use and do I need a transformer or resistor |

to run to normal leds you shouldn't need either of those and you could tap into a power source to run constant or wire to switch for control if you run lots you could use the spare fuse in the box(my04 12r has one not sure if they all do) |

You cannot run straight leds from a battery. You have to put a current limiting resister in line otherwise they will flash bulb on you. A quick search of the internet will pop up the equation. I suspect that Livnlo is running a 12 volt LED lighting kits they have the resisters built into them. (Message edited by lost_in_ohio on February 07, 2007) |
